There are wide arrays of sleeve handling carts and press accessories that can be paired with FlexStor^TM sleeve storage solutions to maximize efficiency in the press room. These sleeve handling solutions are as efficient as our storage systems and are built with the same high quality powder-coated steel parts. Transporting sleeves from storage to production without damaging the sleeves can be difficult, but our sleeve handling carts are built to make this task safer and easier.

Practical

Built to suit 11 sleeves, 10 new ones for the press and one to take the first used sleeve off the press. Also available is a 14 position sleeve cart for those customers that require more positions for additional printing stations downstream of their C.I. press or inline flexo press.

Sleeve Scrub / Cleaning Cart

Sleeve Storage Accessories

The sleeve cleaning cart allows a single sleeve to be placed over top of a stainless steel basin, so that the sleeve can be maneuvered and cleaned to ensure no spot is missed. The stainless steel basin is not only resistant to cleaning solutions so that it remains clean, but it also includes a drain so that dirty cleaning fluids can be safely drained into a pail.

Cleaning Convenience

Allows a quick scrub down of an anilox or print sleeve right next to the press or wheel it to a location that is more convenient

Washable Drip Tray

Stainless steel drip tray is resistant to cleaning materials & solvents. A stainless steel ball valve allows draining of cleaning chemicals into a bucket for ease of disposal. Stainless steel drip tray is easily removed for pressure washing or machine washing.

Air Shaft Cart

The air shaft cart, is a useful addition to any flexo printing or converting workforce, designed specifically for your air shafts. This air shaft cart is not only helpful in the transportation of air shafts from different locations within a workplace, but can be used for storage of spare air shafts or shaft sizes not currently in use as well as core chucks and other accessories. Placed on lockable castors, the cart can easily transport up to eight air shafts at a time without having to worry about the cart tipping over. Many air shafts are very heavy, and will put serious strain on the employee who attempts to lift and carry them one by one. The air shaft cart is made to avoid this problem thereby improving employee safety while moving air shafts.
